Access Control+: access control for events and venues of every size. Come as
you are.

10 people. 1,000. 50,000.

Got scanners, turnstiles, your own ticketing platform? Got nothing?

Either way, we’ll get you through the gate.

Access control looks simple until the gates open. We built Access Control+ around what actually happens next.

Any Event.
Any Size.

Why Access Control+

Small, medium, large or extra large. The same platform runs a guest list at a single door and a stadium of turnstiles, and it takes your tickets the way you already have them.

Built From The Real World

01

Access Control+ has been shaped by real events, real crowds and real pressure at the gate. We understand queues, wrong gates, duplicate scans, device issues and the rush before kick-off. What we learn in the field goes back into the system.

Made For African Venues

02

Digital isn’t the only way people get in. We support printed and paper tickets alongside digital tickets and credentials. Access Control+ is designed for mixed infrastructure, inconsistent connectivity and venues where different access methods need to work together.

Come As You Are

03

Keep your ticketing platform, turnstiles and scanners. Integrate through our APIs, connect compatible hardware or simply upload the tickets and credentials you want to scan. You don’t have to rebuild your operation to use Access Control+.

From Software To The Whole Gate

04

Need more than software? We can design and deploy the access operation too. Turnstiles, handheld scanners, configuration and integrations can all come together in one system, whether we are upgrading an existing venue or starting from an empty gate.

Everything

On The Go

The app

With our access control app. The person running the event, the scanner operator and the support desk each get a view of the same live data in their pocket, from the first scan to the closing report.

Live Ingress At A Glance

01

Admitted, share of expected and an actual against expected curve for every entrance, with a clear Ahead, On plan, Behind or At risk state.
‍
The required pace, the all-in time and the three things that need you now sit on one screen.

Every Scan, As It Lands

02

A live stream you can pause and filter: admitted, wrong gate, duplicate, outside the admission window. Every chart and alert opens the scans behind it, already filtered, and the stream becomes the scan log after the event.

Credentials Without Guesswork

03

Credential, admission and last scan are kept apart, so stewards redirect a guest instead of refusing them. Wrong gate tells the operator where to send someone, and a duplicate shows the time and lane of the first admission.

Commands You Can Prove

04

Lock a lane, open a gate or set a turnstile to emergency open, and watch each device acknowledge it. Faults are grouped by controller, so one cause raises one alert instead of ten.

Emergency With Scope And Recovery

05

Pick the venue, a perimeter or specific gates, give a reason and hold for 1.5 seconds. Every lane reports back until all are confirmed open, and a recovery checklist brings the venue back to normal.

Handhelds In Every Hand

06

Handheld scanners are first-class access devices: assigned to a gate, redeployed as crowds shift, and readable in sunlight, at night and in the rain. Battery, last seen and assignment are shown for every device.

Your Hardware Or Ours

07

Start with a few handheld scanners, bring the turnstiles you already run, or let us supply the full setup: handhelds, tripod and full-height turnstiles, speed gates, gate displays, vehicle barriers, servers and networking, all on one view.

One Screen
For Every Gate

Control plane

Everything the app shows, plus setup, integrations and reports, in a browser for the control room and the office. Live while the event runs, and the record of it afterwards.

After The
Gates Close

The report

Every event ends with a report: who came in, where and when, what was refused and why, how every device held up, and what to change before the next one. It is ready when the gates close.

Data In,
Gates Ready

How it works

A small event needs its ticket data and a scanner at the door. A stadium needs a site walk, a gate plan and live support. We scale the setup to the event, and stay with you when the crowd arrives.

Ticketing systems change. File formats change. The door still needs an answer.
Why Access Control+ takes tickets from anywhere.

Tell Us The Event

One door or fifty gates, a guest list or a stadium allocation. For venues and major events, we walk the site with you: entrances, lanes, power, network and the hardware you already have.

Connect Your Tickets

Link your ticketing system by API, or send the data as JSON, CSV or PDF. We turn it into scannable credentials and map ticket types to your doors and gates.

Test And Go Live

Scanners and gates tested before the doors open, including the failure cases, then live monitoring and support while people arrive.

Report And Improve

Who came in, where and when, rejected attempts and why, and device activity, with every action attributed to a named person. Each event makes the next one better.

Questions?
Good.

Questions

Find an answer below. Can’t find yours? Ask us.

01

Do I need to use your ticketing platform?

No. Access Control+ is designed to work with other ticketing and registration platforms. We can integrate through APIs or work with ticket and credential data supplied to the system.

02

What if my ticketing platform doesn’t have an API?

That’s fine. You can upload the tickets, credentials or other scan inventory that needs to be validated.

03

Can you work with paper tickets?

Yes. Access Control+ supports printed and paper tickets alongside digital tickets and credentials, provided they contain a supported scannable identifier.

04

Can we use our existing turnstiles?

In many cases, yes. We can assess your existing turnstile system and determine how it can be connected to Access Control+.

05

What happens if the internet goes down?

Access operations should not depend entirely on perfect connectivity. Access Control+ is designed with real venue conditions in mind, including operations where connectivity can be unreliable.

06

How large does an event need to be?

It doesn’t.

Access Control+ can support a small controlled entrance or a large multi-gate venue. The deployment is configured around the operation you actually need.
